This page informs you of our policies regarding using our service.
We aim to restore damaged car panels to original factory condition, however incidental damage may occur due to different factors such as metal type, placement of damage, previous repairs etc. thus:
Dent Division has no responsibility for any problem’s incidental, during and/or after our service. This includes but is not limited to: Paint cracks, stretched metal, scrapes, chips, vinyl wrap damage, matte colour damage etc.
We do not repair damage that cannot be repaired by paintless dent removal and hold no obligation to repair dents which have not been directly agreed upon.
In certain circumstances we may not be able to repair the damaged car panel to its factory condition, however we will do what we can, to our best of knowledge and skill. By taking our service you agree to the risks and may not demand recompense.
